• Has 30 years of experience in forensic accounting and fraud auditing.
• Extensive experience serving clients that are subject to the Single Audit Act requirements.
• Provides tax consulting service for closely-held businesses and high net-worth individuals.
• Experienced in tax issues involving corporations, partnerships, non-profit entities, and individuals.
• Represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service for tax audits, Private Letter rulings, and not-for-profit determination.
• Specializes in tax consulting engagements for mergers and acquisitions, and sale of businesses.

• Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting, Saint Leo University
• AICPA Certificate of Educational Achievement in Government Auditing and Accounting as recognition of successful completion of an integrated program in Governmental Accounting and Auditing
